1. Are your products Australian Made?
Yes, our cleaning and carwash chemicals are manufactured and distributed from our warehouse in Melbourne to all parts of Australia including regional. Even most of our range of cleaning products such as toilet tissues and hand towels are locally made. With regards to machinery such as vacuums and high-pressure washers, they are sourced from high quality
factories.
2. Which methods of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Mastercard, Visa and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) either by phone or through our checkout system online. All online transactions (other than EFT) can be done safely and securely using PayPal.
3. Do you supply resellers?
Yes, we do supply resellers all around Australia and if you would like to enquire to become a distributor, email at sales@conceptkleen.com.au.
4. Are your products bio-degradeable?
Yes. A lot of our products are Bio-Degradeable in our range.
5. Do you ship around Australia?
Yes, we ship to all City Metros.
6. Can I white-label your products with my own branding?
Absolutely. Concept Kleen offers a white-label service so you can put your own brand on our high-quality products.
7. Do your products meet Australian safety standards?
Yes. All of our cleaning and detailing products are formulated to meet local safety and compliance requirements. Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are available on request.
8. Are your products safe for all vehicle types?
Yes. Our detailing, cleaning, and protection products are designed to be safe and effective across a wide variety of vehicles, provided instructions are followed.
