Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
- We offer returns only on defective products within 7 days of purchase.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all returns.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging where possible.
Exchanges
- Defective products may be exchanged for the same item or a suitable replacement,
subject to availability. - Exchanges are not offered for change of mind purchases.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning defective items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
