Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

  • We offer returns only on defective products within 7 days of purchase.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all returns.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging where possible.

Exchanges

  • Defective products may be exchanged for the same item or a suitable replacement,
    subject to availability.
  • Exchanges are not offered for change of mind purchases.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are not covered by Concept Kleen and are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Arrange a Return or Exchange

    009 555 within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order details, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  • Once approved, return the item to:
